We currently collect and process the following information:

· Personal identifiers, contacts and characteristics – name and contact details and any other personal information provided via our website for the purpose of return correspondence

The personal information we process is provided to us directly by you to enable us to provide a return service – we will not contact you directly unless you have previously authorised us to do so. 

Under the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR), the lawful bases we rely on for processing this information are:

How we store your personal information 

Your information is securely stored and is not disclosed onwards.  We keep the information provided via the Contact Us form for a period of 12 months. We will then dispose your information by secure deletion.

Your right to rectification - You have the right to ask us to rectify personal information you think is inaccurate. You also have the right to ask us to complete information you think is incomplete.

You are not required to pay any charge for exercising your rights. If you make a request, we have one month to respond to you.
